We don't muck around, REZ orders are dispatched next business day. All orders are managed by Australia Post. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email from AusPost confirming your order is on the way with a tracking number. You can track this number on the AusPost website. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days, however this may change depending on where you live in Australia.

We're passionate about getting Rez online and to your door with ease, so we're covering standard shipping free for all Australia orders. All international orders outside of Australia and express shipment option costs will be estimated at checkout.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries automatically based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

We hope you love REZ as much as we do and are completely satisfied with your products and experience. We understand that there is no single product that works for everyone.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from placing your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. If you have been sent the wrong thing, or your order has arrived damaged, please reach out to us at hello@drinkrez.com before initiating a return. If you aren’t a fan of the taste or how to maximise your experience, please get in touch and we can provide you with more personalised advice.

REZ reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. REZ is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
